TM - THERMOCHROMIC SERIES

 

1. Color change principle:
Thermochromic pigment is microcapsule product which is reversible, it changes color at different temperature.

 

 

2. The 15 standard colors:
Colors appear in low temperature range and change to opaque in high temperature range. Beside the 15 colors, other colors can be assigned.


Low temperature High temperature, each color can be mutually mixed to mingle their colors.

 

3. Applied reference colors:

The color changing pattern will be some specific color changed to another color, each color can be mutually mixed to mingle their colors, and it also can be mixed with other kind of dyes or pigments.

4. The setting up of temperature color-changing intervals:

the temperature interval available at hand is from 0°C to 70°C, depending on specific demands. For different demands of the application of products, one can set up different temperature intervals. Generally, the temperature color changing intervals established are from 2°C to 10°C. The density of color can be set thus it will decrease little by little from low to high temperature until transparent or its background color.

Ex: O5C8T represents its color changes from 5°C the darkest to 8°C the brightest gradually and finishes its color change at 8C. This temperature interval is suitable for the label of cold drink.

Ex: O29C33T represents its color changes from 29°C the darkest to 33°C the brightest gradually and finishes its color change at 33°C. This temperature interval is suitable for contact with human heat.

Ex: O41C45T represents its color changes from 41°C the darkest to 45°C the brightest gradually and finishes its color change at 45°C. This temperature Interval is suitable for the label of hot drink.


5. Thermochromic materials don't contain materials harmful to human body, and then comply with the requirements of the specifications of safety toys and food packaging.

PO - PHOTOCHROMIC SERIES

 

1. Color change principle:Photochromic products appears colors by absorbing UV Light(Sun Light). The colors will return to clear without UV Light.


2. Four basic colors of photochromic dye: #12 Purple, #14 Blue, #16 Yellow and #19 Red (from clear to coloured)


 

3. Applied reference colors

NG - NEW GLOW IN THE DARK

1. Mechanism of luminance:
Phosphorescent pigment should absorb energy from various kinds of visible light first to store the light energy in it and then emit light spontaneously, and this kind of spontaneous luminance can occur cyclically in infinitely times.
 

2. Two basic kinds of phosphorescent pigments: 4 colors in long-term persistence style, 2 colors in conventional style, and each color can be mixed mutually to mingle their colors.

3. Applied reference colors:
They can be produced by use of fluorescent pigments and adjusting their colors before and after the luminance, and the percentage of the addition of fluorescent pigments will be 1%-5% of the amount of the whole material. It can also make use of general pigments for mingling, whereas it could diminish the effect of luminance.

SS - SMELL SENSITIVE SERIES

Smell sensitive dyes are synthesis by using the technique of microcapsule to enclose the fragrance essence and then release smell in an open space. The lifetime of the smell can prolong as long as half a year. The alternative ways to produce smell are to release it by many small openings on the surface of microcapsule or break it to release its smell by stress. The favour included Lavender, Lemon, Rose, Strawberry, Vanilla, Orange, Wildflowers, Forest, Lime, Tropical Paradise, Grape, Peppermint, Apple and Banana.

BL - BLACK LIGHT SERIES

Anti-imitaion dyes appears white color or clear under the light, it only presents colors under black light (300-400 nm). The major function is to avoid imitation.
1. Basic color : red, green, blue, white.
2. Use these four basic colors and mix with each other, so as to get different colors.
3. Form : powder.
4. Application method : add into oil ink or paint to get the anti-imitation result. Suggested percentage 1 ~ 10%.
5. Application : note, ID card, logo, fluorescence ink, fluorescence paint, VIP card.

WM - WATERMARKING SERIES

Watermarking ink can be used in dry offset or in typography, are designed to give a watermark in some papers with a print which gives transparency to the paper. A document, which has received watermarking ink, can be completed by printing additional traditional colors or security inks. In addition to the standard watermarking ink, our range includes also watermarking inks fluorescent under UV light in yellow, blue or green shades.
